Return, Refund and Shipping Policy

Order Cancellation:

We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to cancel your order. You can cancel your order without any penalties within 12 hours of creation. However, please note that once the order has been produced or shipped, it cannot be canceled, as each art piece is specially made for you.

Return:

At Gallerie Canvas, we want your shopping experience to be enjoyable and rewarding. Therefore, we offer free returns (no restocking fee) on all purchases made within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and include all accessories and original packaging.

Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping if they change their mind after placing the order, and the initial delivery fee is non-refundable. Kindly prepare the return delivery label.

To initiate a return, please email our customer service at info@galleriecanvas.com with your order number. We will provide you with further instructions from there.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome via email. Approved refunds will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Damages and Other Issues:

We apologize if your order arrived damaged or if you encountered any other issues. We take great care in packaging and shipping our items to minimize the risk of damage during transit. However, in rare cases, mishandling by the mail carrier can occur.

If your order is damaged or defective, please contact us with your order number and provide a picture or video of the damaged product. We will promptly address the issue and, if necessary, replace the product at no cost to you. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are here to assist you.

Exchanges:

To ensure you receive the desired product as quickly as possible, we recommend initiating a return for the item you originally purchased. Once the return is processed, you can make a new purchase for the desired product.

Shipping:

To return your product, please mail it to our warehouse address, which will be provided to you upon contacting our customer service team.

Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs incurred when returning the item, and these costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
