Where do we ship? How much does it cost to ship to my country?

When will my order be shipped?

We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow 1 business day for digital-proof and production. Our system will keep you updated on the status of your order and automatically provide tracking information.

How long does shipping take?

We ship our products directly from our print houses. Delivery times can vary from 5-10 business days depending on your location. Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as Covid-19, natural disasters, holidays, and weather conditions may cause delays in delivery.

Will my parcel be tracked?

We will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped. Please note that order numbers may not immediately update with delivery status, but tracking information should be available within a few business days.

What can I do if I missed applying the discount code?

We value your satisfaction and want you to take advantage of all our promotions. If you forgot to apply a discount code, please contact us at info@galleriecanvas.com with your order number, and we will refund the discount difference. What are the available choices for canvas prints?

We offer customers two options for canvas prints. The first option is a canvas-only print, which is highly popular due to its competitive price and flexibility. The second option is the DIY frame, allowing customers to select a natural DIY wooden frame and assemble it themselves. This option helps minimize delivery costs while maintaining the same quality for decoration.

How should I clean a canvas painting?

To clean a canvas painting, we recommend using a gentle approach. Take a clean, soft cloth and slightly dampen it. Then, carefully wipe the canvas surface. It's important to avoid using any detergents, as they can cause permanent damage to the fabric.

Who is responsible for customs duties/taxes?

Customs taxes and duties are regulated by your government and postal office. According to our shipment policy, customers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes incurred during shipping. Please check with your local authorities for more information on customs regulations.

Can I cancel my order?

Customers can cancel their order without penalty before production begins. Please note that once an order is created and shipped, it cannot be canceled, as all prints are custom-made for each customer. Shop with confidence knowing that you have the flexibility to cancel your order before production starts.

Can I return a product if I don't like it?

At Gallerie Canvas, we want you to have a great shopping experience and value your feedback. If an item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it for a refund within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

What should I do if my parcel arrives damaged?

We apologize if your order arrives damaged despite our additional protection and padding. In the event of defective items due to mishandling by the mail service, we will send you a
brand new item once we confirm the damage. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we will handle your request with the utmost care and promptness. Please contact us with your order number and provide a picture/video of the damaged product. Shop with confidence knowing that we stand behind our products.
